I’ve been struggling with trouble sleeping, fatigue, and crazy unstable blood sugar where I’m constantly starving no matter how much I eat. I got my glucose and A1C tested and they were normal. My naturopath suggested taking adrenal desiccated, 3 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon. It’s a large dose but I noticed an immediate reduction in my appetite and within two days felt no more insane hunger between meals and was able to delay eating when hungry without feeling almost panicked like I was before.
I didn’t notice any improvement in my sleep however until I increased the amount of exercise I was getting. I think my overall energy has improved as well, but I also received an iron infusion due to low levels which could be more the cause for that. But just for the way it stabilized my blood sugar and appetite it’s worth it. Also pretty inexpensive compared to many standard process supplements.
