I recommend starting with just one supplement at a time, to let your stomach get used to it. Additionally, this specific product is recommended to be taken with a meal.

What Happened to Cataplex G?

At the end of the year 2022, Standard Process changed the name of Cataplex G to Cataplex B2. Vitamin “G” stands for “growth factor” and in the early 1900’s it was discovered that Vitamin G was actually a combination of Vitamin B2 and B3. Over time doctors and patients have switched to calling this Vitamin B2. So the name was changed to fit the modern term in the science of vitamins.

The 'calming side of B' is great for taking before bedtime to help to relax & sleep. I use Cataplex B during the day & Cataplex G at night. Standard Process is very reliable & is easy to take just the right amount because the tablets are tiny, dissolve quickly & dosage can be adjusted to suit the individual....FOOD...nothing added, nothing removed!
