Simply the BEST

I've tried most of them : psyllium powders, Citrucel, probiotic powders and cascara sagrada ( the most dangerous ). Most recently was Miralax. Mainstream docs say Miralax is perfectly safe for seniors to take long term, however, even the label says it may cause kidney damage. Fen Cho is by far the best solution . It not only does no harm, but works naturally with your body to produce a healthy stool ....even for those of us who struggle with constipation. I take 4 a day with food in divided doses but you may need to experiment. I think you'll be a fan :)

Fen Cho

Fen Cho worked right away but that did not last.
I am lucky to get relief every three days.
I have not found another product like Fen Cho that is a whole food supplement without herbs. I will stick with Fen Cho for now
