I use this as needed for several days after severely stressful events that take an emotional toll on me and they help me immensely with my energy levels. I have also taken this product to recover from severe adrenal fatigue several times throughout the past several years (usually take for about 1.5 months to fully stabilize) and they hands down are what help me the most out of any product I tried!
