A friend recommended this as a possibility to help heal my lungs from bad covid infection. I took it several times a day for 2+ months. It worked! Got me off my inhaler! When I get sick it still often bothers my lungs, but I keep this on hand, and take it for a week or two and I am usually fine again then!
