I've tried many brands of adrenal supplements over the years and this one is solid . My doc put me on 2 tabs in the a.m. - on an empty stomach , no food or coffee for 20 minutes . There is a pleasant but subtle "lift " shortly that seems to kick start the day . (You may have a more pronounced effect if your adrenals aren't as messed up as mine .) Excellent product and well priced .
