Giving them a try

I am taking them and do not know if they are helping. Hopefully they are not harming. I get some blood work down the road and we shall see.

Has helped tremendously

My husband got shingles this past spring after receiving a Covid vax. I never had chickenpox and contracted it b/c shingles is contagious, which causes chickenpox. Because of the strain on my liver and body I chose this supplement b/c supports the liver and I can tell that it is working.
